Description
One of our greatest satisfactions comes from the cultivation of tomatoes that, thanks to careful cultivation strategies, contain a small amount of nickel, even the raw oval tomato contains only 0.001 mgkg. The analysis of the products is formally certified. Pasta, associated with tomato is the Italian combination par excellence and our pasta is special because it is good 2 times! It is for the taste and for health.
It contains only 48% gluten and a small amount of nickel; particularly suitable for people slightly intolerant to nickel, diabetics and anyone who chooses to eat healthy!
Our wheat, a Provencal variety, is stone-milled to preserve all nutritional qualities. The result is excellent whole wheat semolina.
The semolina becomes pasta in the skilled hands of the artisan pasta makers. All our sizes are bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures.
